Oksana Žabko, PhD in social science, is a sociologist and senior researcher at the Baltic Institute of Social Sciences, part-time researcher at the University of Latvia and editor-in-chief of the journal “Academic Life”. Her responsibilities are methodology development, quality control, data analysis, writing of reports and publications, and presentation of research results. Her fields of expertise are labour market policy, social security policy, adult learning, and policy evaluation and assessment.
